There’s been a few times where my add on’s for my smoothie bowls have been missed.

Bowls were ordered online and seemed like they had been sitting around. They were soft and not frozen. Our pickup time was set for 645 and we picked up 5 minutes after that. There were no napkins in your store(not that big of a deal, but we are far from home and pulling a trailer)
Bowls were more bland than I remember in the past.
