I placed my order through the app, waited a long period of time for my smoothies. Once given my order I was given two wrong orders. I placed an order for 2 berry banana burst smoothies and instead they gave me two elderberry smoothies.

Walked into your Glendale location at 67th Ave and the 101 for an online order pickup. None of the 3 employees were wearing masks. I was not greeted upon entering, and the employee I interacted with had a cold, dull demeanor. Not welcoming at all and so different from the other locations I’ve been to.
