Ordered my drink well in advance (~45 mins). App said it would be ready at 9:45. Went to store at 9:50, and drink still not made. Had to wait in line 2-3 mins, then wait an additional 5 mins for the drink to be made.
This has happens often-- about a third of the time I go to the store. Clerks complain about "the computer not always notifying them" of all drink orders.

So Accommodating! I’ve never had a bad experience here, juices & smoothies are always great. And the staff is so willing to work with taking out/subbing ingredients, getting orders done in a timely manner with rushes, and super friendly! I went at a super busy time & they were still great.
Ella and the other representative took care of my order without a hitch. Ella warmly welcomed me and pronounced my name correctly which usually does not happen.
