I had Nekter for the first time yesterday. It was so delicious I decided to get it again today, but customized my online order a little bit. I got the berry açaí bowl, but requested no blueberries, and pineapple to be added. There were still blueberries in my bowl, and no pineapple. I also ordered (and paid for) extra granola, but it wasn’t present in my bowl. For the price I pay for the product (rightfully so, because it’s fresh and delicious), I hope that my order is correct. Unfortunately that was not the case today.

I waited 30 minutes for my order because they forgot about it and when they remembered they still made my order after multiple people who came in later than I did. This location used to be good but they’ve been really poor with customer service for the past month

Locations are always understaffed and you have to wait substantial wait times for something that should be a quick turn around. You cannot expect people to wait for a smoothie or juice like they would food delivery in a restaurant. Add more machines and staff appropriately for your busy times during the day. I do not even go to the Arrowhead location any longer for this reason.

I had placed an order for pick up over an hour before I intended to arrive to pick my order up. They had not even started on my order almost 15 min after my order was supposed to be ready and then taking another 15 minutes to make my 2 drinks. If I wanted to wait almost 30min past the time I had placed the order for, I would have just ordered when I arrived and would not have placed a mobile order way ahead of time. I love Nekter's drinks and don't intend to stop ordering from there, but there have been multiple times where I have waited much longer than necessary due to them not even starting my order until I arrive. On a few occasions I have had to leave without my drink due to the wait.

Great, my bowl was ready. Employees were working on smoothies when I walked up; I think they should always say “I’ll be right with you” especially when they see you. But, it was just a few minutes and they acknowledged me.

Quite often, this location is closed to ordering online even though the store is open. Also I have received my bowls without several of the ingredients it is supposed to come with. There is no heads up with this when you order online. Today all the ingredients were there and it tasted great and the crew was friendly.

The drink was good. However, when I arrived the employees were blending and cleaning and did not greet or acknowledge me. They continued for at least three minutes and then I interrupted and said I had a mobile order. If I would not have addressed them I could have waited longer.
