My online order was supposed to be ready at 12.23 pm but they started making it after 12.30 pm. I got it around 12.50 pm so the whole thing took more than an hour for 4 juices.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. Decided to go to order a juice and did so on the app being I had a promo. I placed the order a few minutes before my hour lunch started and the order said it would be ready at 10:11 am. I ended up getting my juice at almost 11am. So sorry to the only 2 young ladies that were working that day. I don’t plan on going back during my lunch break

The young lady that served me was wonderfully patient with me as I made sure I avoided gluten due to a major intolerance. The bathroom was dirty and could use a hook for purses, sweaters, etc. but service and juice were great!

So Accommodating! I’ve never had a bad experience here, juices & smoothies are always great. And the staff is so willing to work with taking out/subbing ingredients, getting orders done in a timely manner with rushes, and super friendly! I went at a super busy time & they were still great.
I am a frequent visitor to this Nektar and the staff is always very nice and knowledgeable. Plus the bowls and juices always taste great!

My juice has large chunks of fruit in it and was hard to drink because the straw kept getting clogged. However, my order was made quickly aj’s the employees were kind.

Locations are always understaffed and you have to wait substantial wait times for something that should be a quick turn around. You cannot expect people to wait for a smoothie or juice like they would food delivery in a restaurant. Add more machines and staff appropriately for your busy times during the day. I do not even go to the Arrowhead location any longer for this reason.

Uber eats customers pay for their order and should not be the last order that is completed and the drivers don't get paid to wait. I live 2 minutes from Jamba Juice and the orders always ready to be picked up I live 10 minutes from nectar and it's questionable if it's ready this time it wasn't ready until everybody what else was out of the store then they bother to start on it
