Was never greeted by either employee working at the store. Came in for a pickup order placed in the Nekter app and also purchased a couple of juices upon arrival. Said hello to the employee at the register and all I got back was "Just these for you?" referring to the juices I picked out from the refrigerator. I went to pay with Apple Pay as I checked online before where Apple Pay was listed as a payment option for this location and was informed Apple Pay was not accepted. I then had to return to my vehicle to retrieve my wallet to checkout. The store was also very uninviting apart from my not-so-warm welcome. No music, no ambiance. Compared to other Nekter locations I frequent this location and its staff were not up to par.

Portions were really good (the regular sized juice looked like a venti size at starbucks) and it wasn't sugary. I ordered the greenie and it was the perfect balance of bitterness from the kale and sweetness from the lemon. Definitely recommend after a workout.

This location constantly falls short. Products made are usually lacking ingredients that are advertised to come with product ex. Strawberry banana protein smoothie did not come with the strawberry chia jam. Equipment sounds like it’s going to break; in fact the juicer jammed while they were making my drink. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 9:52 I arrived at 9:55 and they only started working on my order once I arrived in store. The poor guy was basically working by himself. He was nice, friendly, and clearly trying to stay on top of all the orders while his female coworker stayed on the phone in the back while ignoring customers. This location is clearly understaffed and it reflects in the quality of product. Every time I give this location a try I’m reminded why I avoid it.

Overall, I'm elated about Nekter Juice. I feel good knowing there is a company out there that can fulfill the needs of its customer base with plentiful, heathy and tasteful juice.

The celery juice detox was amazing. I got the 12 day. It really worked lol. The guy I picked up the juice from was very friendly. I am going to recommend this to my friend. I will definitely try the other juices you have even though the celery detox was very tasty I loved it. It was very fresh also. Love you Nekter

I am enamores by this nekter. Every time I go they have spectacular customer service. I work at Starbucks and I feel they treat me just as a customer should be treated. The drinks are always amazing (I only get juices) and they’re always so quick. Thank you to the whole nekter team, They’re all amazing

Me and my wife love this place. Always good for a light meal replacement or a juice when we are feeling under the weather. Friendly and efficient staff. Never have to wait long to get our order.

Juice was great, customer service friendly, drinks ready on time. Drinks are a little pricey. As much as a buy, I don’t feel like the rewards club benefits me that much.

Love the juices but they are expensive and seem to always fill the cup 3/4ths of the way.

Love the juices but can’t order ahead of time and always wait 10+ minutes when you can order online. Not a place to go if your in any sort of hurry
