Placed an online order and picked up my drinks but the girl at the register wasn't the happiest. I was up next after she finished with the customer in front of me and you can tell she was just like, "Great, now what do you want!" It's not the best job in the world but everyone can smile when you're job is to provide service. Doesn't make me want to come back to this location and see her or catch her vibes every time I come in.

My experience was not good, but it had nothing to do with the employee at your location, and everything to do with management and whomever is in charge of ordering supplies. I ordered a PB bowl Asahi on top. When I picked up the bowl I was told they had no spoons only forks. It’s impossible to eat yogurt with a fork, so I asked for my money back. I was told only a manager can do a return. So I left my name, phone number and the food and left. So now I have to wait for a refund. I honestly don’t know how you can run a nectar juice and not have spoons for your customers.

I ordered online and when I walked in, there were a couple customers in front of me and I was standing there waiting to tell them I was here to pick up an order from online, but nobody would even give me eye contact and then another person came in and walked up and she asked that person if they were there for an online order and she said yes then I had to tell her I was there for one as well and then she couldn’t find my order had to wait a few minutes and finally she found it after I showed her my receipt on my phone
