Make juices quick and delicious

All is good only thing is that every time I order a juice cleanse via app or online, for some reason it sends me an email thanking me for stopping by when I haven't picked up yet. First time my order wasn't there so I took the juices from the fridge by the entrance. The second time I called beforehand to make sure they had my juices and they did. Receiving emails saying I picked up when I havent is confusing. Thats the only hiccup. Otherwise the girls who helped me that day were fantastic.

I really enjoy gettin Nekter. The juices and bowls are refreshing. I come to this location often but idk what happened on this last visit out bowl was barely filled half way. I guess it depends on who makes it.

Very friendly to this bi weekly purchaser of my favorite juice.

I sent my daughter to pick up my order. I figured just with my name they would know what I ordered. My mistake was not to tell my daughter tge order details. The employee was not very nice, she didn’t know what was in my order. Gave my daughter the wrong juice and only one ginger shot when I ordered two. I love Nekter so I will be coming back but I was dissapibted today.

Changed to a different juice place a few months ago due to the poor customer service at the Long Beach location. Was in the neighborhood & ordered a juice for pick up, as usual myself & another customer waiting to pick up weren’t acknowledged. We both watched customers at the register be helped as the cashier & juice makers just looked at us & never said a word. No “we‘lil be right with you, do you have a pick up”?, nothing! It’s unfortunate, I really used to like the convenience of this location. Not sure if it’s management or training that is the problem here, but it’s unfortunate.

I received an ETA on the app and arrived after in order to give them time to get the bottles and bag them like many times before. When I arrived, NOTHING was ready. I was not informed that some juices were out of stock and had to bag my own products, making me late for work. Zero customer service.

This shop is fast-paced and has a steady line going most of the time. The employees are very nice and make sure you know how long you’ll be waiting for your order. It was my first time in a Nektar and I’m definitely going to come back to this location! The juice is fresh and very tasty. Thanks!💜

The estimated time frame to pick up juices was too long. The order was all ready before I picked it up since it was stored in the fridge

I ordered via the ap. When I arrived 15 minutes later, my order had not been received therefore it was not ready. Customer service was average to needing improvement. I LOVE the fresh juices which keeps me going back.

You guys are AMAZING. I ordered online and then called to see if a friend could pick up my order for me. Not only did you allow my friend to pick it up but you had it ready a day early. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and accommodating and I couldn’t be happier. Oh and the juice is also wonderful.
