Great food. But I was waiting (and others) almost 25 minutes for a smoothie. The same people who are taking the orders are the same people making the food. This is the second time we have had this experience and so will not be returning.

Came all the way here from Brenham to learn y’all are cashless which is all I have on me. Was really looking forward to your smoothies. This is a huge inconvenience.

My first time here. I ordered the dragon fruit smoothie and immunity bowl. It was delicious. I gave 4 stars because the cashier behaved as if he didn't want to be there..he could be more friendly. Other than that, great place!

The customer service is poor unfortunately I and 3 others are waiting 20 mins + for a simple smoothie. No one was before me so it bothers me that they value mobile order over walkins. I regret coming, They failed to update reassure me that they are working on my simple order and as others are walking in I’m noticing the girl complete their orders before mine. I’m just about to ask for a refund.

Take for ever to make 1 smoothie they are just talking about the weekend plans hope some things else come to Towne lake.

Easily the worst smoothie experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I went in and ordered 2 smoothies - and it took 45 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Had my wife not said something to the workers, it would’ve taken longer, as people who ordered after us kept getting their orders first. There was literally zero urgency with the workers, and it was terrible customer service. The smoothies themselves tasted like watered down milkshakes and not smoothies at all. For every reason, I would highly not recommend this place and I never leave reviews.

I’m surprised by the reviews. I think some people are use to that creepy overly nice attitudes that some places like Chick Fil A make their employees have. When I came in I was greeted with a smile, I ordered the PB Fresh smoothie and it was beyond delicious, I wish I ordered a large. I will definitely be returning!

Service was good at first till the ladies started to speak Spanish and I replied to let them know i understand what they are saying. Then my son drops his smoothie outside the door because it slipped out of his hands. I asked if they had a cardboard holder n they replied no. After he asked if he can get a replacement for another or even half off. Again said no because it happened outside the store. It broke his heart. He is 9 and was looking forward for the drink. This location is cashless and doesn’t take crypto. So you have no choice but to use debit or credit. As well they don’t have the touch card system so you must hand over you card to the cashier. Between the unprofessional and heartless I will never return to this location. This is America and the US currency should be accepted everywhere not matter what.

Very fresh healthy drink offerings. I had the green apple juice and an elderberry smoothie. Both were good.

Smoothies were amazing, great price, and the worker Emily was really nice and caring!!

Alyssa went above and beyond for me and showed great customer service. I really appreciated it and will definitely be coming back because of her. The smoothies are amazing too.

I got a delicious smoothie from here via DoorDash and it was great! I love the sweetness from this place. Not too sweet and it was a just taste abs healthy smoothie booster for me! Got my recommendation! Come and get yours Cheers

Two stars because the people were at least hospitable. We love açaí and have been trying fresh juices, açaí and smoothies up and down east coast and Cali and now we have been working on Houston locations since last summer. This place failed in taste, and freshness. Resulting in poor taste. If I’m super thirsty in the area- I may give them a second chance. Maybe - I wish them luck if they revamped the recipe and tried new source of ingredients
