I don’t know what it is about this location or why I’ve tried to see if they can be better but every time I order from here the smoothies are basically just water. Just tried again today for 2 PB&J smoothies and they were horrible. We go to different Nekter locations all the time when traveling and it’s always amazing. This location is the worst. I don’t get it.

Néktar is my go to place when I need a healthy snack or a good cleanse. The customer service is always great and the smoothies are delicious. Parking isn’t that great but it’s Towne Lake so you’ll be okay wherever you park and walk around.

Had a PB&J smoothie it was tasty however, I notice it’s not a thick consistency but the size was an XL, taste was phenomenal, and I would definitely go again to try their açaí bowls. The area of the restaurant is congested but the inside it nice and the staff was friendly . Ordering online was quick and easy and you get a free smoothie as a new member and order on their app.

My go-to spot for the best smoothie bowls - always so consistent and delicious. Service is always quick whether I order on the app or in-person. Matt is always accommodating and Jasmine is great at what she does.

This was my first time visiting here, and I am pleased by my first choice,the orange crush smoothie. I was experiencing pregnancy nausea, so I requested to add ginger. The young lady was so sweet, and also added me a side of ginger shot(complimentary). I will definitely be back. Order was taken and completed in less Than 8 minutes. The smoothie is delicious!! I will definitely be back again to try more options.

Matt (he said he was the owner and originally told me his name was Oscar- turns out his name is really Matt) was extremely rude during my most recent visit. During my last visit, my drink was made differently than usually (Matt made it), I kindly asked if he could correct and it just didn’t workout so I asked a refund. No harm no foul … then, during my next visit he decided mention my last visit stating “thought you didn’t like use. You said we didn’t have any flavor”. I then requested someone to make my drink and said “no offense, my drink was off last time” then it become a passive aggressive response from him during the rest of the exchange. This is unacceptable. I will be coming back to speak directly to someone but other than this is last time I will be paying $12 for a smoothie from Nectar
