I love Nekter Juice Bar! Their staff is friendly and welcoming. The bowls and smoothies are my favorite. The juices are great aswell. Next time you’re at the boardwalk of Towne Lake I recommend trying this place out!

I love Nekter! Matt and Leisl helped start my day with a delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter protein smoothie and Crunchy Protein Poppers!

The customer service was horrible. I still said thank you and she ignored me every time. I received the worst açaí bowl and smoothie I have ever had. The açaí bowl was watered down didn’t taste like anything. My tropical smoothie tasted disgusting. Overall horrible experience. Either they need to teach their staff manners/ customer service as well as how to make their products properly or just get new staff all together. $25 wasted and I tipped smh.

My son ordered the chocolate bowl, and we were very disappointed. The açaí mixed with chocolate was very bitter and overpriced, I ordered the mango smoothie, which was not as sweet as I expected. There was decent service, but I would not recommend it or go again. $24 dollars wasted on here.

Great service and great food. I love the Banana Berry bowl and the chia pudding as well as the immunity smoothie. The staff is really friendly and the location is always clean. Great service and healthy food!

Amazing place and great drinks! The smoothies are delicious and refreshing. I didn’t have to wait long to receive my drink either. The employees are super helpful and patient with customers. Kayleigh in particular helped me out and she was great with all the questions I had

Absolutely loved this place, my smoothie was so good and the worker Kayleigh was so nice and and helped me pick out a drink. Customer service here is outstanding!! Definitely recommend.

Currently have been standing in line waiting for my order for the last 30 mins. Service here sucks, I can’t even rate the smoothie and juice I purchased because it’s still being made. Smh, you would think the service would be better, being that this location is in Townelake but I guess not. They haven’t even reassured me that my order is being worked on… others have been standing here just as long as I have.

We did turn off online ordering to better accommodate in store guests and to get service times caught up. Please know that this is not our standard. Great place, pretty good drinks, specifically the pb mocha smoothie and the green apple detox! The employees are all really nice, and will do their best to help with any questions you have, even if they don't know 100% they'll give you as much info as they can give you to help you!
