Very efficient with online ordering. It was ready a few mins early. Good quality ingredients. I felt the base was a bit thin - maybe more liquid than I use. Overall an 8 for us.

They were very polite and great. This place is always busy, which is a great thing, but the service can be slow at times. Other than that, they always meet my expectations. Would be nice if you offered non flavored protein add ins

Get people that listen and are service orientated

I ordered a smoothie which I was unable to drink due to the amount of ginger. I love ginger but this was so strong it burned my entire throat and mouth.

I ordered online. Came to the store 15 minutes after I placed my order. It was not ready. 3 other people walked in the door, ordered and had their orders made and ready before mine. This is not the first time this has happened. What is the point in online ordering if you still have to wait an additional 10 to 15 mins after arriving at the store? I will think twice before going to Nekter again.

I ordered my drink at 3:00pm. I ordered two juices. My drinks were not ready until 3:40pm
