This location is always so far behind on orders. I understand it’s a busy location but being 15-20 minutes behind on an online order is ridiculous. There seems to be no sense of urgency either. Every single time I come here they are really backed up. It makes me want to go to the location off of 67th ave.

Store hours listed that opening was at 7am (local time) pick up scheduled at 7am. Wasn’t ready even at 7:10am

Team members seemed overwhelmed. My smoothy wasn’t a smoothy- nothing was mixed up. Seemed very rushed. Also I went in when the app told me it would be ready and the girl at the count said that it just came through, they just pulled my ticket along with another once I gave my name so it had been sitting on the printer.
Just be transparent instead of lying about it. I work in the industry and understand.

They didn’t have spoons, or agave. After waiting 25 minutes for them to make my açaí bowl, they inform us their manager forgot to order spoons, but Baskin Robbins down the way has them. Will not be coming back :/
