Friendly staff, order was ready and cold when I arrived.

My mobile order was not filled until I arrived to pick it up. No one had checked incoming orders.

Placed online order of two super food bowls with immunity and superfood blend and almond butter on top. At pick up order was missing almond butter on top. While trying to correct the order they lost one of the bowls. They did make another one but did not check the order for immunity and superfood blend.

Worker was nice

I felt there were very confident a competent employees handling the busy day like it was easy for them. Great representation of you organization. Made me visit again this week! 🤪

I always get the mango delight with strawberries, however, this time is tasted almost flavorless and almost like it was watered down. Definitely not what I’m used too

Ordered to pick up so I could get a quick lunch. Ended up take almost 20 minutes past the time they said they would have it done. When I Walked in they asked my name and told me that my order had just printed but it had already been 15 minutes since I ordered. Then they never called my name even though they asked my name so about 20 minutes later I asked if it was ready and they had placed it in the fridge under the counter. I tipped when I made my order but definitely would not have if I knew the customer service would have been this bad! Usually not one to complain but very frustrating

I ordered ahead. When I arrived it was not ready and they were out of strawberries and offered no discount or anything for the smoothie I ordered that was missing ingredients. It’s usually great here but this was a bummer

I like the açaí bowls. Last time I did on online pick up order and added mango to it. I didn’t have mango on it. The time before I went I wanted to get a greens juice. The juicer was broken. And the time before that they were out of produce. It’s young kids working there. No responsibility it seems

I placed my order at 8:44am and arrived at 9:22am and my order was not even started. They did not have lids for my smoothie. It was just dysfunctional, I heard stories about this location and it seems to be all true.

Great product but customer service is not that great. No one greets you at the door, takes a long time (over 20 mins) for your order. The product was incorrect two times (missing extras).
