I ordered two bowls the immunity and I believe the PB bowl which I have ordered both of them before immunity bowl multiple times because it’s my favorite and they were both half full missing ingredients. I understand there’s a sign on the door and said they could be out of things because of the shipping delays but nobody said anything was missing so I was shocked when I got home and noticed two bowls that were barely half full it was a waste of my time and money.

The last three visits have been falling short. I place online order, arrive at pick up time and leave 15-20 mins after the given pick up time. The last visit barely got half container of the berry bowl which has never happened. The green detox juice recipe was bit off also.

Excellent customer service, so friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The store is clean. Ilove the fresh, healthy bowls, smoothies and juices. I will be a regular!

Absolutely love this place. They serve fresh tasty bowls, smoothies and grab and go drinks, and I’ve only ever received great customer service here.

The experience was a good one. The açaí bowl was good and prepared correctly. The customer service was great, I’m always greeted with a smile!

My morning experience was great 👍 Short 5 minute wait and voila: Awesomeness!! My “Greenie” and the “Açaí Superfood Bowl” were on point!! DELICIOUS 😋

Excellent smoothies and the bowls are delicious! You can tell they use real ingredients with no added sugars.

Went to store to be told only taking online orders... Ok I guess I'm there and ok to pay with card... So ordered online but it went to another location 20 miles away I didn't realize it went to another location when I told then they said I had to call them... Omg so called to cancel order but couldn't cuz it's already made. Why couldn't they just remake it at the store in was standing in !? So paid for 2 bowls get some customer service.

I rarely become frustrated enough to leave a bad received but, there's now 10 people who've been waiting over 25 min to get a juice. My daughter's done with her Acai Bowl but still haven't received my juice. Its just the process. They have one person making the Acai bowls whole one other is doing the juice and taking orders. Instead of making an entire order they're making partial orders and stop everytime someone else comes into order. I have to say the girl making the Acai bowls made them look nice but please help the other lady out too complete one order at a time.

I decided to write this review because I brought this issue to the manager attention and she did seem to care I usually order the protein power bowl and its fill all the way to the top of the lead that's how all the nekter places everywhere else serve them, but not her. the last one I order was almost half it seems like a little thing but is the action

Love this place! Always clean, delivering high quality products! My fav is the PB health nut smoothie. They're acai bowls are huge & delicious too!!

Delicious “ice cream”!! I got the chocolate ice cream stuff (I can’t remember what it was called) and it was sooo delish!! I will absolutely be returning to try so açaí bowls and smoothies!!
