Employees need better training and also need to have better attention to detail. I have ordered many times and been here many times and I can say: it's never consistent. I ordered a "Buzz" when it arrived it literally had no cayenne. My acai bowl order add ins were never followed and I ended up just giving your store 3 dollars extra with your already high price tag. I believe things like this become an issue when you start to expand with more stores. So do everyone a favor, and share the importance of being consistent and actually reading the order notes.

My only comment would be that there was less than one strawberry on the whole bowl and three small chunks of apple! I would expect a little more fruit on a $10+ bowl. The banana was the way the photo looks. Maybe you were running low on fruit, but then please comp the extra granola that I paid for on the four bowls. I love Nekter so I hope this was a fluke!

When I arrived on time for my pickup order, there were about 4 other guests waiting in to lobby. The girl working on my drink said it would be a few minutes. I told her that was fine and waiting. A line of 3-4 customers came in and she took their orders while I waiting for my juice to be finished. After that, another employee came out of the back with blenders and her AirPod in one ear. No smile, no friendliness whatsoever. She started working on 3 bowls which were ordered by a woman in person who arrived after me. At this point our drinks were not being made in order, as her bowl order was prioritized before my online order. It would have been nice to see the employees smile and engage with customers. It would also have been nice to see them make a drink, ring out a customer, and continue that cadence so that we would not all be sitting in the lobby with no drinks being worked on.

I love Nekter and have recommended your company to several friends but I have had several not so great experiences with my Açaí bowl from this location. On my last visit I placed the order online and arrived 25 minutes after placing it (my order said it would be ready in 20 minutes). I proceeded to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the two bowls. When we received the bowls the fruit was cut sloppy and not spread out like normal. The açaí mixture was not blended well for either bowl and both bowls had 1/2-3/4 of a frozen banana that was still intact and not blended up making it difficult to eat.

I always have a great experience when I go to Nekter! The person working was fast to greet me & had my pickup order ready to go! The protein bowl was larger than I anticipated and was so delicious! I also got a smoothie for after my workout, which was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I ordered an acai bowl and you were out of açaí. I also didn’t receive my free juice/smoothie offer in the app for being a new customer.

The bowl I received was not even half full. Another guest dining in had the same problem.

They didn’t have spoons, or agave. After waiting 25 minutes for them to make my açaí bowl, they inform us their manager forgot to order spoons, but Baskin Robbins down the way has them. Will not be coming back :/

Love your bowls and smoothies!

I’ve noticed some inconsistencies over the last mont or so. A greenie I purchased did have much green. Tasted like lemon and celery. Also the smoothie bowls have been inconsistent. Last 3 times I haven’t received goji berries.

The staff were very friendly and patient, and they did a great job answering my questions. My acai bowl was delicious!

The bowls were yummy! I will definitely be returning

I love the acai bowls. The only complaint I would be that sometimes they don't fill the bowl all the way.

While fast, my açaí bowl was about half full and had barely any toppings. A big price for a little food.
