I like the açaí bowls. Last time I did on online pick up order and added mango to it. I didn’t have mango on it. The time before I went I wanted to get a greens juice. The juicer was broken. And the time before that they were out of produce. It’s young kids working there. No responsibility it seems

My immunity bowl was completely inedible. They didn’t put any of the chia pudding, the fruit and granola were Barrie’s in the center and the whole bowl was a MESS all over the outside.

We ordered two dragon fruit bowls online, but the app did not charge us for them. We told an employee when we picked up the order (wouldn't want to steal!), so we paid for our order at the register there. Just figured I'd type it out again here to make sure somebody is aware!

The last time I picked up my order I couldn't use my gift cards to pay. Today the app would not let me pay with my gift cards. No lids for the bowls. What is the point of gift cards if I can only use my bank card on the app.

I got my usual of an açaí banana berry bowl and I am unfortunately disappointed by the quality of it. The fresh fruit is good quality, but when they were sliced, they were never separated, so the strawberries and banana were in a giant clump. And the “smoothie” is the consistency of a fruit juice, not even a normal smoothie. The bowls are supposed to be a thick consistency so it can sit it layers. Instead it’s like a smoothie soup where everything has sunk to the bottom. I love Nekter, but the quality this time was very disappointing.

I placed an online order two separate orders that included three açai bowls and two juices. My husband showed up a few minutes past the pick up time expecting to be able to walk in and pick up the food right away since he wasn’t feeling well. They only prepared one juice and claimed they didn’t receive the other yet it is on my receipt showing the juices. Yet he is still at the store waiting for the juices to be made 25 minutes past the time that it was supposed to be ready. Will never use this location again

Usually don’t come to this location but did so bc you had the new pb and j bowl which was fantastic lots of people waiting for their stuff but the one girl was working very hard

Love the acai bowls they’re always perfect. Just not enough staff. Those girls are really workin their butts off and can’t get orders out quick enough.
