I love it, the bowls are always delicious and the service is always fast and easy process online

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried a bowl and now it’s a daily morning craving that I cave into (I’m pregnant)

I had a great experience. I ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. Bowl looks yummy.

I walked in today with my mom to get a açaí bowl and he didn’t give me the right order I. And his customer service was bad. The açaí bowl didn’t even taste like peanut butter it had no flavor so disappointing

Staff was friendly and quick. Smoothie and bowl we're made good compared to the past.

This was my first time I walked in to this juice bar and as soon as I walked in the employee said there would be a wait, because she had about 6 bowls to do. I told her I can wait, she was taking her time and meanwhile, I look at the juices they have in front ready to go, and decided to take one instead of just waiting. I asked the employee if she can just charge me for the juice and she asked if it was cash or card and I said cash. Employee said to wait because she would have to take off her gloves to charge me. It would have not taken more than a minute to charge me and later can get another pair of new gloves. I left the juice back in its place and walked out. The employee didn’t show any type of way of wanting to help and wasn’t friendly at all, poor service.

My friend and I both had to throw away our order. Her smoothie was watery and no fruit flavor and my açaí bowl was super watered down. No flavor. I did a mobile pickup and came within the 10 minute window.

when i picked up the order, the bag was soggy and it broke. all the smoothies and smoothie bowls were watery and inedible.

Its always a great experience getting my favorite bowl, made to perfection

The experience was good however the last couple of protein bowls I've gotten have left something to be desired. They were very mushy and not up to par.

I love your great bowls. So good. I’m still new to the online ordering process. As a result I missed out on the $2 dollars each savings on the two bowls I ordered today because I didn’t know I had to order them in the store. Lesson learned.

My bowl is perfect, it’s still cold. When I got home it was still cold and not all melted and watery like some other places that I’ve had in the past where my bowl is half melted already.

Went in to order an Açaí shake on 11/19/23 and due to dietary restrictions asked the cashier to remove a few ingredients. The young man(cashier)proceeded to grin and laugh as he thought my order was weird and was very disrespectful. I immediately left the store. To add, the glass door to the store was filthy. I definitely would not recommend this place.

The bowl was good ,but customer service needs work !
