My drink wasn’t made correctly. Typically this smoothie has a thick consistency. The one I received was very runny. Too much cashew milk and not enough of the other ingredients

We ordered online through the mobile app and the time was off just a little. Said 35minutes and we picked up on time. Our order (4 bowls, 1 smoothie) they were already liquified and we discovered one of our bowls was made wrong, but we couldn’t go back to fix it.
