I didn’t get my juice as the juicer was broken but the employee was nice enough to call me

The girl was super nice I couldn’t get in time to pick up my order and she kindly waited for me ,

Stopped by Nekter Juice Bar on my lunch break and left genuinely impressed. Grabbed a smoothie and it was clearly made with real, fresh ingredients — not watered down or overly sweet like some places do to cut corners. Staff were friendly and happy to help me decide what to get, no rushing me even though the line was moving fast.

Well organized and helpful, even called me to say they were out of an item and gave suggestion how to fix it. Thank you

Over a 40 minute wait when she told me it was gonna be 20 minutes. She could’ve easily said it was gonna be a lot longer than that. I probably wouldn’t have waited close to an hour for two drinks. You guys need some more help in there two chocolate peanut butter drinks ended up not even being blended well me being the last one She could’ve took a little longer and made it right Ticket number 970562919 Clocked in at 2:27 this afternoon got my order at 3:25 terrible service

I know my order is a bit much, but there are always reasons. I’m happy there was no peanut butter, but there was agave added when I asked for none. I order online so I can be sure everything is correct when submitted. Wrong orders create less confidence for me, so I will tend to find other options.

Love this place! My order is always on point and employees are super nice.
