Service was great, smoothies were great, speed was great. What wasn’t great was the automatic tip that was added in right before paying on the app. It tricked me because I didn’t notice it. The shadiness of the company left a bad taste in my mouth.

Most of the staff here are good, but there is one girl who works who purposely always leaves out ingredients and waters down the smoothies to make it faster and easier for her to make them. This time around, she left out 2 ingredients out of my smoothie on purpose and did the same to my other smoothie that were for my sisters, I watched her make them. It's disappointing because I love Nektar, but if all of our smoothies are going to come to us tasting watered down and missing ingredients, then there is no point in spending $57. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere.

Ready as promised. Smoothie tasted good. A little too salty, perhaps too much tajin chamoy sauce/seasoning. I will need to modify my order and ask for less seasoning next time.

Under staffed. Poor girl working this morning had too many orders and fell way behind because she was all by herself. Nothing against her she was super nice and stayed busy to get orders out. Poor management!! Killed the whole vibe and experience. Took 30+ minutes to get 1 smoothie drink.

I placed an order for pickup via the App and I like the smoothie customization since I needed to avoid allergies. My order was ready on time. Super fast and easy. I was in and out in less than a minute.
