Great service, there’s usually one person there for opening They are able to greet everyone that comes in and have the orders ready! They do great multitasking for a one person

Everything was great as usual. The only thing is...the smoothies have been a little more liquid than thick as I have become to love from Nekter. Please make a more thick. Thank you.

Service and attention was in point, very satisfied. Timing was longer than expected but a lot of orders came through around the same time. Understandable. However, looked like the employee was working alone. Could've helped speed things up if she wasnt by herself. She did fantastic addressing everyone that walked through the door.

They didn’t update the app so the order was “in process” forever. When I went to the store, they didn’t make any eye contact or check in with me. Turned out my drink was ready and sitting in the fridge for the last 20 minutes. Wast of my time

Always a pleasure ordering from Claremont store. One small thing today, my smoothies were a little mor liquid than normal and not very cold, however they were still enjoyable.

Good food, was ready when I arrived. Server was somewhat inattentive. They handed me one item and I had to ask for the other. They were already onto the next customer. When I saw them give that customer a bag with their order I asked for one (had not been offered to me).
