I waited for the cashier to come to the front because she was laughing with a young man for almost 5 minutes despite me placing my order on the app at 8:15 a.m. I was scheduled to pick up my order at 8:35 a.m. but I got there at 8:47 a.m. The wait was not ok.

Did online order, it was not ready at the time given by app. I showed to the store & still had to wait 15-20 min for my order to be made & it was still incorrect.
