Second time at this location and mobile order wasn’t done by the eta I was given. The point of mobile order is not having to wait, instead I arrived 10 minutes after my eta and I still had to wait 40 minutes for my order.

No one greeted me when I came inside. They had their backs turned, one left for lunch and the third was in the bathroom the first 5 minutes. I finally asked at 11:57 if my order was ready since I set it for 11:45 and they pulled it out of a cooler. I ended up being late to my next appointment.
