Mobile order. Today my strawberry shortcake bowl was very bland and the agave was not drizzled on top as ordered.

Great, delicious bowl!

First time customer, I wasn’t greeted and the service I was receiving from this female was awkward and dry. The açaí base was watery, that was a let down. Especially after reading the “creamy” ingredients from their website.

I went to Nectar for the first time on Tuesday, May 19 around 10:40 AM and honestly had high hopes because it seemed like such a nice place. When we walked in, there was only one girl working on drinks, so we waited patiently and completely understood that she was busy. More customers started coming in and forming a line, but we still waited respectfully because we know things can take time. Once she finally called us up, I asked if I could do a build-your-own bowl. As a first timer, I wasn’t familiar with the names of the bases, so when she asked which base I wanted, I explained that I only knew it was a berry one. Instead of helping, she gave me rude looks and started speaking to me with an attitude, almost like I was inconveniencing her because of the line behind us. I then asked if I could add Greek yogurt, and she sharply responded asking for toppings. I repeated myself because I was confused, and the interaction just became more uncomfortable. As a first-time customer, it made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I ended up telling her to forget my order and left. I completely understand being busy and stressed, especially working alone, but customer service and basic kindness still matter. Respect goes both ways, and I really hope management looks into how customers are being treated because experiences like this can easily drive people away.

Order was ready before the estimated time. As soon as I walked in, the team member was putting the final touches on my bowls. Team member was all smiles and super friendly. Great visit!

I recently started going to Nekter because of a friend but now I’m in love!!! I can’t get enough of the protein power bowl and the blueberry almond butter smoothie! Soooo freaking good :) I’m serious when I say I got at least 4 times a week. You guys need to sponsor me already.

I paid extra for peanut butter drizzle on top of 3 bowls and none of them had it. Very disappointing.

Waited an hour for a simple order because they had one girl working. Shame on the company for having one girl working at a açaí store by a commercial gym.
