I placed an online order, when i got there the girl was almost finshed. She was friendly and made sure to put a spoon and napkin in my bag which i really appreciate(sounds silly, but its such a big deal)

Maybe it was a bad day today, I ordered from the app as asked but it took a long time. The poor guy was by himself doing walk ins and phone orders. I suggest you always have 2 ppl on standby maybe even 3. 2 ppl shouldn't go to lunch at the same time. I don't the store and how busy you get but just a suggestion to improve your customer service. If you don't have the staff, the product making is not up to par. I love Nektar you just need a strong lead and some tweaking.
