I do think a little more training may be needed. As sometimes my drink is AMAZING and other times it's just ok. Not sure if it's the ingredients or the person preparing my drink.

There were two young ladies working and they were both working extremely fast and were very nice and sweet. I felt welcomed and appreciated by visiting this store and wanted to say you have two awesome employees working there . I live in Rancho Cucamonga but absolutely will drive over to this location to order another drink

I love being able to order through the app. And the offers and rewards are just a plus. The drinks are great. And when I arrived to pick up my drink it was ready and still nice and cold.

I showed up 10-15 minutes after I put in my order and when I got there they said the ticket just came out and then made my order. I didn’t mind too much since I wasn’t in a rush but now I know not to order and expect it to be ready when I get there.
