Normally I would have all good things to say about this Nektar because I come here often. In the past though I have had issues with online ordering and not being ready on time. I ordered today for asap pickup and got there about 4 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. They hadn’t even started my order yet and there was only two other people who had already ordered. I find this is starting to become normal. I waited almost 40 minutes from placing my order before I was able to pick up my bowls. Also would think it would be smart to add a note box on the online orders so you can put in allergens. I know you can’t prevent cross contamination all the time but still makes people with allergies feel like it’s safer than just hoping for the best. Staff was nice enough, but it shouldn’t take more than a half hour to make a smoothie bowl.

Thank you for the feedback. The staff is ALWAYS doing the best they can to get the items out as quickly as possible. When you say there were only two people waiting- there were actually three takeout orders AND two waiting who had ordered before you with items needing to be made. If you have an allergy then it might be a good idea to NOT use the online ordering. You are correct, we do our best to prevent cross contamination but that is almost impossible in this environment where there are nuts in almost everything we serve. Thank you for your business.
Placed an online order and it took 40 minutes from the time of ordering to make two smoothie bowls. There was only two other people who were in the store when I came in at the time that my order was supposed to be done. The other people had been waiting a long time too. Shouldn’t take that long to make a smoothie bowl.

I recently had the pleasure of trying a Nektar Açaí Bowl, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were eager to help me make my selection.
When I finally decided on the açaí bowl, I was impressed by the fresh and vibrant ingredients that were used. The açaí itself was perfectly blended to a smooth and creamy consistency, and the toppings were all incredibly fresh and flavorful.
I particularly enjoyed the mix of fresh berries, granola, and honey that was drizzled over the top of the bowl. It created the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch that made every bite a pleasure.
Overall, my experience at Nektar was fantastic, and I would highly recommend their açaí bowls to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious snack. The quality of the ingredients and the friendly service make this a must-visit spot for anyone in search of a great bowl.

The bowl my wife and I both got was subpar today. The fruit was still frozen and it wasn’t blended completely. We will come back but today was a fail for us and Nekter.

I've been to other Nekter locations and this one was the best! Staff offered recommendations, and ingredients were fresh--nothing was skimpy. At this location, I got enough agave syrup to make it thru an entire bowl 😃 Restroom was as clean as the rest of the store, and I was in and back on the go within five minutes. Yay!
