I’ve had really good experiences in the past but the bowl I received was the consistency of juice and I ordered the PB bowl and the bowl didn’t have any peanut butter in it.

We usually get the same thing and so we are used to a certain flavor profile. The last 2 bowls we got seemed watered down and weren’t quite the same flavor. Just wanted to let you know

I tried this location today b/c i was nearby. I usually go to the Mercado location. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the "fullness" of my bowl. I have been very disappointed in how small my bowls had been getting lately at my usual location. Thank you!

There are PLENTY of good Nektar's out there but this one is by far the worst. Where do I start -- *POORLY* managed, all workers who looked like it was their first day except its like that everyday. My bowl didn't even have granola in it, let alone the water thin liquid smoothie I received. Not to add the little to no consideration towards the issue.

Hello Joseph, Thanks for sharing your experience. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience we've caused. These reviews you left are VERY vague. I would love to know what you got exactly and what time and date you where in our store. I find it very hard to believe that the staff would not make all your issues right. Especially a forgotten granola. We have had a few new employees (first time in 4 months)- as most restaurants you will go to now a days do. Quality produce/ingredients. Staff always greets us when we come in, and are friendly and courteous. Occasional inconsistency in the AMOUNT of ingredients in the açaí bowl... we always order the same thing, and come in once a week for 2 bowls.

I have had a couple visits where I felt that my bowl was not made properly and today just felt as though there was also a lot less portion along.

I ordered a peanut butter bowl. It was ready when I arrived but had no peanut butter in it. Not great attention to detail.

Great service but very disappointed that my daughter with a nut allergy could not replace cashew milk with an oat milk or coconut milk to try the cold brew coffee which is why we went there. Coconut water or apple juice would not have been a good alternator like they are for bowls.
