Sometimes I think it may be beneficial to have a couple people making drinks and not just one

Every white person was getting their pre-order I feel racially discrimination I come almost everyday. Never got my drink wnd someone's pre-order wasn't ready she started making there's but too racist to grab my cup. I'll report this discrimination and since they wouldn't give me my drink ill dispute the charge. I tip good and spend over 20 dollars a day. Haven't experienced discrimination in along time. Part of living in the suburbs

Thank you so much for reaching out. As a company with 3/4 of our owners being people of color, we are alarmed and saddened to hear about your experience with us. We hire a lot of young adults who are entering the work force for the first time and are still learning how to multitask well under pressure. I would hope that their intention was not to discriminate , rather they are trying to learn how to navigate a busy work environment. I am so sorry for the long wait times. This is definitely not the ticket times our team strives for. It is a little deceiving sometimes because while we may not have customers inside we are constantly fulfilling online orders. However, we will continue to train our team on how to balance online and walk-in customers. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention

Had the same young lady with blonde hair this time at the Hazel Dell location as I did last time at the Cascade Park location. She remembered me and was very nice. Excellent customer service. Also, order was made correctly and on time. (I should up a minute or two early and it was already made).
