The employee there was nice and I got my smoothie right away! I do think the products are overpriced but that’s typical for health food places.

Store consistency has been off. Some orders are perfect. Other times bowls are like a smoothie way to runny, or granola is doubled, or the protein powder isn’t mixed in enough so it’s texture is powdery.

Product is always yummy and delicious! Ordering on the Nectar app is a little buggy. When selecting the mix and match for the Power 40 - it would never let me check out so I had to buy them individually which costs more. Great product - love Nectar - wish their website and app were updated more regularly.

This is the second time I’ve been in and I love the bowls but the service is so slow. I actually went next door got dinner came back and they hadn’t even started my bowl. There was no one else even in there. I first time I was in it took even longer. I don’t understand what they are standing around waiting for.

Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry about the wait times. We have spoken with the team and it looks like they were experiencing some point of sale issue they were trying to fix. However, we did go over the importance of making sure we are serving customers in a timely manner even while problem solving. The team is very eager to serve our community well.
