I always feel great about the experience ordering from you. My only true complaint today had nothing to do with the restaurant, but rather, the delivery driver assigned to bring my food arrived while I was in a meeting and I did not hear him at the door. He proceeded to repeatedly ring my doorbell, angrily pound on the door, and shout my name over and over again outside. He became so hostile, that we were unsure if it was safe to open the door to accept the order. It was only after my meeting came to a close that I noticed that he had been calling, texting, etc. At this point, I gave him the simple request to leave the items at the door. I was under the impression that this was my default preference on the app and this is the first time that a driver had not understood that. I know Nekter doesn't employ the drivers, rather Uber eats does, but it is important to note that this was a frightening experience.
