The girls there today were wonderful. I did have to wait a few minutes and they all communicated well, greeted everyone that came in with a smile and you could just tell they were working hard! It was my first time trying an Acai Bowl and it was delicious, definitely wont be my last!

Today was a quick pick as well ordered online. We typically wait 15-20min for two açaí bowls. Our bowl today was not completely blended leaving large chunks throughout making it inedible unfortunately. Had we not been headed to a scheduled engagement I would have returned to the store. This isn’t the first time we’ve had variable quality on our order. Additionally while employees were friendly today that is most often not the case. Finally I was once told to be sure to leave a tip while paying.

Store consistency has been off. Some orders are perfect. Other times bowls are like a smoothie way to runny, or granola is doubled, or the protein powder isn’t mixed in enough so it’s texture is powdery.

This is the second time I’ve been in and I love the bowls but the service is so slow. I actually went next door got dinner came back and they hadn’t even started my bowl. There was no one else even in there. I first time I was in it took even longer. I don’t understand what they are standing around waiting for.

Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry about the wait times. We have spoken with the team and it looks like they were experiencing some point of sale issue they were trying to fix. However, we did go over the importance of making sure we are serving customers in a timely manner even while problem solving. The team is very eager to serve our community well. I really hope your next experience is better and we can earn your business again.
It always takes 30min for them to prepare a singular bowl at this location. Even with no one in front.

I am so sorry for the long wait times. This is definitely not the ticket times our team strives for. It is a little deceiving sometimes because while we may not have customers inside we are constantly fulfilling online orders. However, we will continue to train our team on how to balance online and walk-in customers. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention
