I ordered 4 bowls online before leaving my destination, and when I arrived 10 mins later everything was ready. My order confirmation said my order would be ready closer to 20 mins, so that was a really pleasant surprise! The guy working greeted me, wasn’t super warm or over the top but said hello and then told me what each bowl was and offered me a bag. Would definitely come back

The quality of the bowls and smoothies are consistent. I've never had an employee be rude to me nor have I seen any employees leaning on broomsticks instead of helping customers. You've got a good crew!

Nekter tends to frustrate me deeply because of how expensive their smoothies and bowls are (even compared to other places), but I can't help going there because what they do offer tastes good and fresh. However, this particular location is extra frustrating because of how slow they are. Sometimes they do warn you about the wait, but the wait times can be ridiculous and seemingly unwarranted with the busyness inside. Not sure if they are understaffed or just inefficient in this Hazel Dell location.

Thank you for reaching out. We strive to provide exceptional and timely service for each guest, both online and in person. Sounds like we really dropped the ball, I am sorry that wasn't your experience with us. We will make sure we reiterate to the team the importance of timely service.
Just wanted to leave you with a few fun facts in case you decide to give us another try.
1. While it may not look busy in the store at all times, our team will often get slammed with online orders that have specific target times on them.
2. Our in-house target times are: 5-7 minutes for a smoothie and 7-10 minutes for a bowl.
3. All of our menu items are made fresh with fresh ingredients. Sometimes fresh takes a little longer, but in our opinion it's worth it!
We really do hope you give us another shot to earn back your business and sorry again for your frustrations.
