My smoothie bowls were only half full and it took a long time to make. Needs improvement.

I saw that the PB&J smoothie bowl was off the menu. I thought I would try the peanut butter bowl instead….. It may be just me but I much prefer the peanut butter in the scoop on top then blended in with the smoothie. The smoothie tasted gritty. Not a big deal but maybe try a taste test and check it out. I know that if I request the peanut butter on the side, your awesome peeps will accommodate 😃 I was just super surprised at how insanely different the flavor and texture was. I will definitely keep coming in and I think you guys are fantastic! I’m an avid juicer and love that you guys keep me on my juice game when I run short on time.

For the up charge on the bowls for example extra $1.00 for blueberries on top you should get more than 5 blueberries

I really enjoyed Nekter when I first moved here; however, last time I went I bought a smoothie bowl and there was an inedible object in it. It could not be chewed and when I reached out to customer service, nobody responded. I will not be returning.

I wish substitutions were available. I really enjoy the peanut butter bowl, but I would much rather have blueberries instead of apple on top & it's frustrating that adding the berries cost $1, especially since it costs nothing extra to have blueberries added inside... just sayin'!

The food was delicious, loved their acaí bowls. The service was very fast, we ordered ahead of time for a pick up and everything was ready when we arrived. Also loved the atmosphere!

It was great except for I ordered a peanut butter bowl but received a pb&j bowl when I got home.

We placed an online order but when we went to pick up we had to wait an additional 23 minutes. I wish there could have been an e-mail update on the time. We were picking up on our way out of town and got delayed. When we finally got our order we didn’t realize we were given the wrong bowl until we were down the road.

I made a scheduled online order for pick up at noon. I arrived at 12:15 and my order wasn’t ready. I waited until 12:20 before my bowel was done. Usually no big deal- everyone gets behind and busy. However no one even apologized that I had to wait. I was on my lunch break so had to eat my bowl super fast. This was my first time at the Hazel Dell location and may not go back. I have had AWESOME experiences at Cascade park and Eugene
