I went here to try it for the first time and had the immunity bowl. I made a video of the experience while eating it but overall by the time I left my vibration was really low and now I don't feel well. It's not a place we would recommend.

The bowls keep getting smaller last 3-5 I have had have been not even half full. I haven’t experienced this at other Nekter locations. I love your product but the quality/value has gone down hill

First time here and I have to say I am very un impressed with the service, and due to the horrible service the drink did not taste all that great either.
As soon as we walked through the door, no one was at the register. All 3 girls were in the back doing other things ignoring us in the front for 10 full minutes and when someone else came in thats when one of the girls came out and serviced them before us.
Very unprofessional how you girls put others above others. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to come here unless you want to be treated like you are very unimportant.
From all of my 12+ years of customer service, assistant management training and food service, the employees reflect upon the Management/Owner of the establishment which in my opinion needs a lot of work in making sure that people come before things.
If I was going to spend $18 on 2 drinks and recieve this kind of service, I would rather make my own drinks at home.

This is not the type of experience we want our customers to have. We are so sorry this is how your first visit went. We appreciate your patience with our team. We have a fantastic team but for many of them this is their first job as high schoolers. We will continue to teach and train this generation of workers in hopes that it will take them far in their future careers. We hope you give us another try and see an improvement.
Absolutely enjoy Nekter bowls. My one recommendation for improving is to make the amount of bowl content more consistent. Sometimes I receive a full bowl, while other times there isn't nearly as much included...which is always a serious bummer. It seems to vary considerably.

I think the system sets inappropriate expectations as to when the item will be ready for pick up. I waited another 15 minutes to get my bowl, and I did not arrive early.

I understand it was really busy at the time I went, but I order online and received my items 30 mins after my suppose ready time. Luckily I was not in a rush anywhere, but If I was in a rush and expected at my ready time then I would not be a very happy customer.

Normally my online order is ready on time but I had to wait over 30 min past when my order was scheduled- it was busy I understand that but I had to ask twice how much longer & one girl flat out lied & said it had just been completed then I watched as they made my order 10min after that-so honest checking in would have been better than what I received

My wife loves this place but she's in an adult care facility so I'm the gopher She's been sending me here since before the pandemic and it's always been great My last visit I ordered online showed up on time and still waited 25 minutes for my order to be made of the couple of inquiries I made I got the same answer as when I first asked for my order I'd stop patronizing but my wife loves this place

Good. My smoothie had something hard blended in it. It looked like an almond but had the hardness of a walnut shell.
