I ordered ahead so my drink would be ready at the promised time. It wasn’t. The “ASAP” time available was 20 minutes from order time and I had wait an additional 10 minutes in store. The experience encourages me to make smoothies at home not to waste my time and money with your company.

The store is understaffed for as busy as it is. The two people working were doing an amazing job, but they could not keep up with the volume of orders that were coming in. This was *not* an employee performance issue, it was a staffing issue.

Every time I go in, I appreciate how I never feel judged that I have a lot of food restrictions/changes to my order. Each person has been friendly and helpful! They could have a bit more of a sense of urgency to their process of making their stuff, but at the same time, each order is worth the wait.
