I feel like the app is very easy to use. The employees are always very friendly. The storefront/cafe area is always very clean and nice atmosphere. All the items on the menu taste the same every time I've had them which is lovely. I'd only like more accurate times on when orders will be ready, like maybe a notification on when the order has begun being made and again when it is actually ready. Just a small thing but everything else has been great.

My only complaint is you dont use biodegradable or permanent straws. Otherwise the service at Chkalov is excellent!
