Terrible service. My wife and I have been going to this Nektor since it opens. Originally, it was good. But as of a few months ago. My wife placed a online order and I went to pick it up. I walked up as usual and told them I had a pick up and told them my wife’s name. They couldn’t find it and said we have a order for (pronouncing her name wrong). I was like yeah that’s probably it. It should be two açaí bowls, spelled (spelled her name out). The employee who I assume is the supervisor, said yes to both but continued to say no this order is for (mispronouncing her name). I said well it’s 2 açaí bowls and it spelled (spelled out her name). She said yes I told you that’s correct.
After telling her that’s how you say it and slowly sounded the words out. 5 letters btw
After that we’ve ordered multiple orders and every time they’ve gotten it wrong.

Alan - I am so sorry, sounds like this was a frustrating and confusing situation. Especially for a frequent customer who knows the routine. I'd really like to hear more about your multiple wrong orders. Are your bowls made wrong or do we need to retain in customer service? Either way we hope you give us the chance to make things better! The last time I went here I got good service. This time they made my drink incorrectly and then blamed me even though clearly they weren't listening. My kids drink tasted like there was something rotten in it.

Order from the app and 15 minutes later show up and find out they haven’t even started the order?? What’s the point of having an app if it would be faster just walking up and ordering. Something needs to change. The products are expensive. The saving grace is that the juices are fresh and yummy....if you have 30 minutes to wait for a drink.

Luke - yikes that is a very long time to wait. We are so sorry. When you check out on the app it gives you an approximate time your order will be ready. When we are busy in store, the wait time can, sometimes, be longer. If you showed up within that order window, we are so sorry for the inconvenience. We do want the app to make ordering quick and easy for our customers. Thanks for bringing this to our attention so we can work with our staff to correct the issue.
Obviously good juice but service is lacking. Every time I order on my app it’s never ready when I arrive. I still have to sit and wait for it so there’s no point in ordering on the app!

Carlos - yes! We love to help those who are on the road to health! Nékter’s freshly made juices, smoothies and açaí bowls are made to order without any mystery ingredients. Just clean, healthy eating that tastes just as good as it makes you feel.
Tasty and healthy smoothies and juices, although a bit pricey. Lots of options for added proteins and toppings for the smoothie bowls. Nice clean place to sit down and chill, and healthy snacks are also available.

Nekter provides a warming and comfortable atmosphere, with a consciously accommodating menu. I tried 2 different smoothie flavors and both tasted delicious.
