WOW. wow! i probably shouldn't be eating one of these almost every day, but after two weeks now I've lost 3 pounds by substituting a bowl for a meal. I love the dragonfruit, and coconut yogurt is a MUST! I get it with no sugar on top.
The other amazing thing was my diabetes sugars peaked at only 114 an hour after a bowl!! unbelievable, when pizza and rice "real food", make it 150+. This is incredibly healthy, and it gets me to eat fruit. Must try if you haven't!

Nekter juices and smoothie bowls are delicious. They offer a lot of different flavors and high-quality ingredients. I always feel like I'm making a healthy and smart choice when I get breakfast from here. My main complaints are that I think it's quite overpriced here, and I'm not particularly pleased that Nekter doesn't allow for topping substitutions like similar places do.
I like this branch a lot because I always receive good service here. My food and drinks are quickly made, but they're never messed up. The service is usually pretty friendly.

Thought our prices may be a bit higher than other juice shops our costs reflect a natural, whole food, plant-based menu which is never heated and always made fresh to order. Washing, peeling, chopping and prepping come with each menu item. You can change the toppings on our bowls! Through the app or when ordering in person. We're always happy to help if changing the toppings through the app becomes tricky. Thanks again for the support!
The usual girls that are there are amazing, but the new girls there we not. Not only was I late to work because they didn't complete my order but when I got to work my biwls were done wrong.

Literally just asked if there were any smoothies on the sweeter side for my younger daughter. The lady cashier Looked at me like I was stupid and shrugged her shoulders. I had to name off a few and ask if they would taste good for a younger child. Pathetic. Made me feel real good. Won’t come back here.

We typically love walking guests through our menu and explaining the ins and outs of every drink. In fact, all new team members make and taste every drink on the menu so that we can help guests like yourself out. I'm sorry you didn't get that same experience.
If you do decide to give us another chance we'd love to serve you up something healthy, fresh, and delicious (and for your young daughter I recommend the Pink Flamingo!).

I have gone to this location for abt 6 months now and today when I went to grab my drink she asked me to stand back...I get it 6 ft apart...but I do have to get my drink. also not very friendly. very disappointed. will be going to the one in hazel dell from now on. they are friendly and never had a issue.

Ashlee- so sorry our team member didn't deal with the situation in the friendliest manner. Each person has different comfort levels with the COVID situation but this is a great reminder to chat with the staff about our high customer service expectations!
Left a bad review a year ago, owner I assume replied to the bad review with a hollow apologetic and helpful reply asking me to email them. I emailed them. It is almost a year to date shy of less than a week and I have still not gotten a response email. Again another bad review for not only the terrible customer service in the past, but the terrible service of the owner.

They obviously don’t care, just want to appear as they do in public (google review etc) but when given the opportunity, they fail. Not just the staff but the owner.

We LOVE Nekter! It's great to have a healthy option that is still fast and convenient. We've enjoyed it at both locations, and have ordered through the app for pick-up and have even had it delivered. Our favorite is the acai banana berry bowl.
