I was in four days in a row, and the smoothie was good each time. As others say, it is kind of bland, but I still enjoyed them nonetheless. I added greens, chia, and cocoa on my last visit, and the smoothie was way better. Unfortunately, it was very expensive after adding all that. You can absolutely spend $30 on two smoothies. I'll still come back if ever in the area. Thanks!

At Nékter Juice Bar, our highest priority is to present our beloved guests with quality products that are only made with the highest quality ingredients. While other places use yogurt or other processed and sugar laden bases, our costs reflect a natural, plant-based menu which is never heated and always made fresh to order. We hope you can taste the difference.
This place is so bad right now the manager doesn't even know what's going on? one minute the order will be done they are working on the last thing and the next the thing they say it already went out. What the? Really? Who manages this place? I think they need a new one.
If I could give no stars I would. Don't order from here!

Oh boy. Not exactly sure what happened but we have a vast menu with lots of different smoothies, bowls and juices. At Nékter Juice Bar, our highest priority is to present our beloved guests with quality products that are only made with the highest quality ingredients.
Been here twice and both times have been lackluster. Nice place and friendly staff but the smoother was blan and I just didn't enjoy it. Ordered a banana burst and could not taste any banana or strawberry. It tasted plain. Gave it a shot. Not for me.

After handling money/cards, the cashier neither changed their gloves nor washed their hands before touching banana and other fruit to put onto bowls. Disgusting!

Oh my. This is extremely concerning and we thank you for being this to our immediate attention. We will address this with our staff ASAP.
There was a miscommunication between staff members. I waited for my order but it had been made and refrigerated while I was left standing in the dining room waiting. I had to ask multiple times for my order. When I did get my order the smoothies were loose and melty , I purchased 2 at for a total of 17 plus dollars. I dont often come here due to price, but this solidified my decision not to come here again.

Oh my, this does sound like a major miscommunication. I am so sorry the team did not rectify the problem sooner. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of one of our products we will also remake them but I can imagine after waiting for as long as you did you did you did not want to wait any longer. I am sorry your overall experoience was poor. Please know we will be chatting with our management team about this experience. We hope you will try us again in the future and can see the improvements.
I was waiting for a postmate pick up and not one person behind the counter (4 people) acknowledge me. After waiting 10 min another lady walks in and they ask what’s the name for her order so I left. Definitely am not going back to this location nor am I accepting orders from this location.
