Pretty good Acai. I was worried about getting the chocolate Acai bowl but it turned out to not be super, outrageously sweet which is good. I do think this place could be more environmentally friendly. There are no recycling bins for the plastic tubs and spoons the Acai come in.
Ordered 2 açaí bowls. Both with no protein and agave on top… there was no agave on top on both of them :(

It was great I wish there was more peanut butter drizzle and that it was spread more evenly like some before the chia seeds and some at the end on top. (I had the pb&j bowl)

Smoothie bowl was acceptable at best, but $1.50 for less than a teaspoon of peanut butter drizzle on top and an inability to add a touch more for free is offensive. Go to another smoothie bowl place that’s not a chain.

While we are a franchise, we are locally owned and our families love serving our community through healthy food options and exceptional customer service. So sorry we missed the mark on your transaction. We have talked with the team and they are better aware of how to handle transactions like yours. A good portion of our staff are entering the workforce for the first time and are still learning how to work through customer service delemas. However, they have wonderful hearts and are some of the hardest working kids around. Hope you give us another shot!
This place is truly a godsend to people who are on a whole food plant based diet like myself. No added or hidden ingredients no added sugar, nothing! I'm so impressed with my first order of a acai bowl and pb smoothie. I will definitely be a repeat customer! A perfect stop for a healthy pick up when your on the go or just need a little break from juicing/blending up smoothies yourself
The thing I like the most is it tastes just like how I make mine at home with no added garbage

Honesty I love the products and think everything is healthy and delicious, but the app seems very glitchy and somehow Apple Pay does not work. Then you have to go enter a credit card at least two times because the first time doesn’t give you the submit button. By then you could have just been to the store and ordered it in person. Just a little frustrating to get the bowl.

The acai bowl I bought is of low quality compared to other similarly priced acai bowls elsewhere. Usually the acai portion of the bowl is a deep purple color. This bowl's acai was extremely pale. I also don't think that it was made how it was supposed to be made for the menu (no peanut butter). This was my first visit to Nékter. For these reasons listed above, I will not be coming back.
