I always love the smoothie bowls. Today I tried the parfaits, which are very good, but would be even better with more fruit.

My smoothie bowl took 40 minutes from the time I ordered it online to be completed. While this may have been a staffing issue, the end product ended up so soupy that the toppings were sinking into it instead of being held on top. I’ve had good experiences here in the past but this was quite bad. As an aside, my family came in 15 minutes before close recently and were told, albeit politely, that they couldn’t accommodate making 3 smoothie bowls because it was too late. Please just change your close time if that’s how it works.

I am not sure which day this is for since I am here almost daily when I’m in town. When I order in the mornings I am greeted by name and with a special message written on either my receipt or bowl top by one special person you all have on staff. If she’s not there the others don’t speak, make eye contact and barely say thank you. I ordered later in the day the other day and my other favorite person was there. These two make my day when I walk in aha see them. Keep these two around and I’ll keep coming back.

Had whole dates in my almond butter bowl, also bowl was only half full

Always love Nékter. I wish you offered the gift card deal that you have in the holidays again mid year. I bought $400 of gift cards during the deal and have spent it all. First time & I enjoyed my açaí bowl & my order was ready when I got there!!

Everything was great! Except, one of our bowls was supposed to have whey. We paid for it but I do not believe it was added. It tasted different snd the color was also different.

It was outstanding service, and the bowl I received surpassed my expectations. Will always refer your location to anybody I know

My order was not made correctly. Items I asked to have inside the bowl were on top, and items I asked to remove were on top. I would like a refund.
