When I asked for a bag, the gentleman working proceeded to hand me a bag and jokingly pulled it away as I reached for it. He did this TWICE! I couldn’t believe it. I grabbed my smoothie and bowl and walked out. I don’t mind a little humor but that was purely inappropriate. Otherwise, we love your products and all other employees are always helpful and clearly hard working.

Love you guys, and I know staffing is hard right now your doing great, but did wanna mention last time my smoothie was not blended fully like there were huge chunks not blended, not a big deal but wanted you guys to know

My first time having a smoothie from Nekter Place … had an Açaí Smoothie
Was well made and has low sugar content which was refreshing
Also the service was excellent….. the staff was all smiles and friendly
Would definitely come back to this location

Nekter is great, I go about twice a week. But lately the quality has gone way down. Missing or unwanted added ingredients, watery smoothies with large chunks of ice, etc. it’s especially frustrating when I pay an extra $1 for an ingredient that forgets to be added.

Terrible service. They didn’t receive my online order so it wasn’t ready when I arrived. When they did make the smoothie, it was not blended at all. It was iced coconut milk with chunks of food in it. I had to throw it away.
I love the smoothie bowls but the service is poor. At least half of the time I don’t get what I ordered and I usually have to wait a while past the allotted time. I don’t like to complain but the mistakes are adding up to not wanting to go back

Ordered my smoothie at 10AM, to be picked up at 10:30AM. Wasn’t even ready yet and they hadn’t even started and they weren’t any other orders….

One of the only places I could eat and was in love with… until I noticed that their employee making the smoothies was NOT WEARING A MASK. Nor was he social distancing. I didn’t notice until it was too late. I will not be going back.
