Love this place! Right in the Heart of Midtown🤟🏼 perfect place to start my day! The Chocolate Peanut butter Smoothie was delicious 💯👌🏽 must try if you are in Midtown

The smoothie was not made properly. Did not enjoy it

This is second time I’ve done a mobile order for pick up, and both times I’ve gone straight to the pick up counter like the receipt says to and like the signs in store point to for mobile orders and the cashier or person making the items will look at me and continue to do what their doing. I understand wanting to get the line down, but the cashier would glance over at me, and continue to take orders from people who walked in after me. Once the line was taken, the cashier then proceeded to make smoothies/bowls without any verbal acknowledgment to me. No “Are you here for a pick up?” “Can I help you with anything?” both times this has happened and i’ve waited at least 10 minutes each time until someone finally came up to me and gave me any service. Love the products but starting to hate coming in store.

If you wanna waste half your morning waiting. This is your spot! Been here for 25 minutes waiting on 2 smoothies. Hire some competent staff!

I love the smoothie bowls at Nekter! The ingredients are fresh and light, not too sugary or frozen. Customizations are usually accurate and customer service is friendly. I don't know if this location has changed management, but the service has dramatically improved!

I go to Nekter at least twice a week. Most of the staff are nice but the product is inconsistent. I order one of the same 3 items each time and sometimes the smoothies have way too much of one ingredient or are watery.

A pleasant pick-up experience. Smoothies were made correctly; employees were nice.

It’s a great place, but inconsistent. Sometimes there’s items missing with no explanation and the smoothies are either watery or icy at times. For example I ordered a protein power bowl and there were no berries in it but there was apple. Another time I ordered a AB health nut. It was very watery with no dates or cacao nibs. You charge a premium price for a premium product, please work on your products being more consistent. Thanks.

The service was great and the smoothies are amazing.

The smoothie tasted great, it was a little messy, it dropped on my clothes so I had to go to work slightly messy. Otherwise, everything was great.

There’s definitely added protein powder and maybe peanut butter in my smoothie when I asked for neither. Undrinkable but don’t see a spot in the app to request a refund.

My smoothie was not blended enough. It needed more coconut water and more blending. There were big chunks of fruit and it was hard to suck through a straw.

Nekter is almost always great, I go 2-3x per week. But this time my smoothie was very watery.

The only issue I had was there was an advertisement for a free cup size upgrade for smoothies. It said to ‘redeem’ this upgrade on the ‘last cart page’ but I did not see any option to upgrade to a bigger size cup when ordering.

Drink was ready earlier than pickup time. No line at all. Makes the morning walk well worth it. And the smoothie was great, too!
