I always like coming here. My only request is that I wish they would put more agave on the açai bowls

Order always takes an extremely long time to be made

Mostly great. I requested to have the fruit toppings blended into base or kept off. Unfortunately, they were included on top. Taste, efficiency and customer service were great as usual!

Today was great but some days terrible. They don't have enough cashiers to take your order. Have to wait 10 minutes to take my order. Customer service needs major improvement

They lost my order, and it took them a long time to figure out if I actually ordered my team (even though I showed them my confirmation on the app)

There was a problem with the app. They took care of it in store. Always helpful and friendly.

I paid extra for almond butter on top and it wasn't added. This has happened on multiple occasions.

They lost my order, then the employee lied and said it’s busy when clearly it wasn’t. Don’t lie to customers and just make my order. The drink wasn’t good. I keep giving this location another chance but every time I do my drink comes back wrong. The first time they put parsley when I put “no parsley”. The other time I “added pineapple” and their for sure wasn’t pineapple and I have to pay extra for that. And this 3rd time they were “busy” but took around 30 mins to make it, and it still was wrong. I’ll stick to my regular location that is always on point, Roseville, Ca.
