For some reason, when I got my bowl today, it was only 2/3 full. There was a lot of empty room in there when usually it reaches the top. What's the big deal?!

Ordered a açaí bowl, and it was not even half full. Never coming to this place again.
Had a great Açaí Mango bowl. But what was not so great was a tiny speck of peanut butter got into the bowl which left my allergic butt with a insanely itchy throat for the rest of the day. Staff needs to be more careful with cross contamination. Luckily I'm not severely allergic to peanut butter.
My smoothie was not blended enough. It needed more coconut water and more blending. There were big chunks of fruit and it was hard to suck through a straw.

The employees were friendly. I purchased two 3 day detox online. When I arrived to pick them up I was told that they did not have the last juices in the detox so they replaced it with the celery. I would of appreciated to be notified or to receive a discount for this inconvenience.

Service is slow. Most of the employees are very friendly and so hard working. There seems to be not enough help for the amount of business. Perhaps schedule one more person to help out with the lunchtime rush.

Every time I visit during the farmers market on Saturday’s, everyone is so helpful and welcoming to me. No matter how busy it looks, I can tell that the team is kicking butt!

Paid for both vanilla chia and pb chia and got neither. Clearly the bowl (banana berry bowl) had accidentally been given apples and then taken off and a few bits remained. Had only a few blueberries and a few strawberries which I know is not typical.
