It was great! But you should provide boxes for large orders, the employee had to go find a box for us (not their fault).

This is second time I’ve done a mobile order for pick up, and both times I’ve gone straight to the pick up counter like the receipt says to and like the signs in store point to for mobile orders and the cashier or person making the items will look at me and continue to do what their doing. I understand wanting to get the line down, but the cashier would glance over at me, and continue to take orders from people who walked in after me. Once the line was taken, the cashier then proceeded to make smoothies/bowls without any verbal acknowledgment to me. No “Are you here for a pick up?” “Can I help you with anything?” both times this has happened and i’ve waited at least 10 minutes each time until someone finally came up to me and gave me any service. Love the products but starting to hate coming in store.

Service is always quick and whenever I order through the app, my order is ready before the estimated time.

Didn't even get my drink after even after 45 min.it took 30 min just for someone to come to the counter

This was my first time trying Nekter, I was pleasantly surprised.I tried the pink flamingo it so refreshing.

If you wanna waste half your morning waiting. This is your spot! Been here for 25 minutes waiting on 2 smoothies. Hire some competent staff!

Was no ready at time

Love the product but had to wait quite a long time even though I ordered online to a set time.

I ordered online in advance. My order was ready almost 15 minutes after the time stated and I had to ask for the status of my order. Customers that walked in after me and ordered in store left before me.

The woman at the front wasn't friendly. Didn't have a smile at all. I was having a great day and she just put a damper on it. I wish the tip can be put on after we receive our product because I would have not tipped on this order. I don't know what, but since the staff turned over a few months back, it hasn't been the same.

Service is always quick and product is usually ready long before the indicated pick up time on the app. I love the ease of customization

Everything was fresh, especially the fruit.

I love the smoothie bowls at Nekter! The ingredients are fresh and light, not too sugary or frozen. Customizations are usually accurate and customer service is friendly. I don't know if this location has changed management, but the service has dramatically improved!
