Kylie Winger was amazing during my visit to Nekter! I wasn’t sure what to order, and she gave me a great recommendation that ended up being exactly what I needed. She was friendly, patient, and clearly knew the menu well. Thanks to her suggestion, I found a new favorite drink. Thanks kylie!

Their smoothies are good but their service is terrible. Employees are not friendly and have attitude and roll their eyes. One lady is always with her ear piece in her ear talking on the phone. This lady today looked like she had an attitude when she saw I was waiting for them to open and sitting in my car outside. I actually have no intention on coming back here. I normally try to give places a shot I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times, would of been a loyal customer however I prefer a friendlier environment it seems like the employees don’t even want to be there and their service is a reflection of that. One morning I tried to be proactive and order ahead of time and when I got there the employee said they didn’t have my order she had me go get my phone from the car just to show her that I placed the order for pick up by 7:15am I had to wait 15 minutes extra for my order cause she had to make it and for some reason hadn’t gotten it. The reason why people order ahead is because they may not have time to place an order in person I ended up being late to work. I am nice so I wasn’t rude but service is terrible.

I love the options they have on their menu I always come here during school whenever I'm recovering from any sort of illness and it always makes me feel better. PLUS the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the health benefits of each drink and give you an honest opinion of which one you should be drinking.

Not only were the smoothies, absolutely delicious, but the service was great as well, which is kind of hard to find nowadays. This is my favorite place to come, and the wellness shots are great! Nay took my order with a smile, and even remembered whay i ordered last time i came in! 10/10!

It took 30 minutes for her to make our food and there was only two other people in the building we didn’t even get our food because we had to leave.

I came in and observed another customer waiting to be served. The workers pretended like they didn’t see him even though he was standing at the order/check out counter. He was nice enough to let me go first. It took them 3-5 mins to take my order. I felt invisible. My smoothie was okay but nothing to call home to mom about.
