Bowl and juice were great. I ordered ahead online and bowl was not ready until 20 minutes after pick up time given on the app. When I arrived I gave name and was handed a juice. I let the lady know I also had a bowl and she sighed and walked in the back. 15 minutes later they handed me the bowl.

What is going on with my favorite juice place?!
Yet another bad experience. Today i placed my order at 1 pm. It was supposed to be ready at 1:15.
I decided to go after my appointment just to give them a bit more time. I arrive at 1:44 and they didn’t have my order. I was shocked and asked the person in the front, a girl with long braids if she was kidding, to which i got no response at all. She just turned around to talk to the other girl with short boy hair and she rolled her eyes..
No apologies nothing. A couple minutes later the first girl with braids just handed me the juice and i left.

They use fresh ingredients !! My kidney function has gone up drinking green juices from Neckar other places use frozen with fillers hard to swallow.. when is thick love this place for great quality
Wish you had jugs of the green juice. I recommend these to other people in cancer treatment. I just got out of surgery and don't want to keep driving back and forth for the 32oz that I got.
--just a suggestion.
P.S. people in cancer treatment have issues with taste buds. This juice was one of the few things I can actually taste and enjoy.

Nice juice bar in the corner of this area. Have always been to the UPS store next to it so I never noticed it until today. Definitely will be grabbing a smoothie or juice whenever I visit the ups store. I ordered the Mango pineapple smoothie and requested they take the agave nectar out so that it’s not so sweet and it was very delicious!
The cashier/juice bar attendant was semi rude. He asked what I was there for I told him to pick-up an online order and my name. He reached in a refrigerator and took out my order. He sat it on the counter and that was it. No thank you or another work uttered out of his mouth afterwards. I’ve used this shop several times in the past, therefore this encounter really disappointed me.

My go to juice bar when I'm feeling too lazy to make my own, and the only place I feel that's on par with the ones I make at home. I've been to a couple locations in Arizona as well, and they were consistent at all locations, which is much appreciated. Also THANK YOU for actually using plenty of fresh ginger in your juices! Nektar is the only place I don't have to ask for extra.
Ongoing issues at this location. I am finally fed up. They sent me this link to post and not sure if that was a good idea. Their product and quality continues to be inconsistent. at this price point I shouldn't have to question if they really put the right protein in, did they really green it up b/c this week it is not as green as last week, etc. Honestly it is the unengaged owners. I even tried to cater an event and it took me multiple phone calls to get someone to finalize. While I have liked them for years, I am at the point that I am going to try other options like Smoothie King, Juice Bar, etc. or just make my own at home. They sell acai packets at Sprouts.
My only complaint is the juice I got, which is my favorite that I always get, did not taste as amazing as normal. The proportions of ingredients was off.
